Brian’s Machine is currently looking for a full-time machinist with a minimum of 5-years’ experience.
Requirements:
Successful experience working in a small manufacturing shop.
Someone who can work independently with minimal supervision.
Must have the ability to read blue prints and to program parts.
Proto-trak, lathe and mill experience a must
Good mechanical aptitude
Must have excellent communication skills, math skills and problem solving skills
A positive attitude is a must
Ability to meet physical demands on the job – including but not limited to standing for long periods of time and lifting and/or moving 25lbs – 75lbs
Must be detailed oriented, quality is a must, as well as being a team player
A proven track record of dependability
Have initiative to problem-solve, overcome difficulties and think for oneself to get the job done
Help in other areas of the company to accomplish tasks
